RTV Silicone 105gr BLACK; 2pcs*105g 3.7oz High Temperature RTV Silicone is designed for Automobile production of bonding and sealing. This product is a one component RTV silicone sealant, curing completely without excitant odor release. Acid & Neutral solidified into elastic rubber strip. FEATURES: 1, Low Odor; High Temp Resistant; Safe for Sensors; Resists Oil, water and anti-freeze; Non-corrosive; Compliance with SGS/ROHS/REACH certification. 2.It forms any size of shape gasket, which is resistant to both high temperature and migrating caused by thermal cycling. 3.Stands temperature from -80°F up to 600°F (315°C). 4.ideal for timing covers, intake manifolds, exhaust manifolds, cylinder head and carburetor. Dries securely as gasket. HOW TO USE IT: 1. Surfaces must be clean, dry and oil free. 2. Pierce seal at the end of the metal tube with reverse and cap. 3. Screw on nozzle and cut to desired bead size. 4. Apply even bead silicone around perimeter of surface. 5. Assemble part once silicone has skinned 8 to 12 minutes. 6. Remove excess silicone. 7. The silicone will dry in 1 hour and cure completely in 18 to 24 hours.
The product was as advertised. It came in a reasonable amount of time. It was used to provide a seal on a metal to metal installation without a template. The product was used and no leaks detected under two hundred degree (F) temperatures. The product was priced reasonably.
