(Multi Card Lots cannot be separated) Prices are not negotiable on our PWE account and offers will not be accepted, and messages asking will be ignored. **Bulk Discounts** We are currently offering a 15% discount for purchases of 15 or more cards. We also offer 10-25% off when buying multiples of the same item on many of our items. Domestic Shipping Policy: All Card(s) shipped inside plain white envelope with eBay Tracked Shipping unless upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage. Cards in our basic eBay Tracked Shipping tier are $1.03 for the first card, .29 for each additional card. Small lots and thicker cards 55pt, 75pt & 100pt sent individually via our plus eBay Tracked Shipping are $1.32 for the first item and $1.32 for each additional. eBay Tracked Shipping orders will be upgraded to USPS Ground Advantage if the cost of postage paid exceeds the cost of the Ground Advantage package. When we combine shipping, we will refund the difference of the actual cost of postage if it is more than $1.00(usd). Buyers also have the option to upgrade to premium shipping options at checkout. Premium Shipping Rates: USPS Ground Advantage - $5.00 for the first item, additional items .29 each. USPS Priority Mail - $12.00 for first item, additional items no charge. UPS Overnight - $40.00 for first item, additional items no charge. Please keep in mind that even though most times paper base cards can easily be combined into one plain white envelope (PWE). Opti-chrome (Chrome, Prizm, Select, Optic, etc.) style cards do not fit as well and can often only be combined at most 2 or 3 cards per envelope. The thicker the envelope, the more likely it is to be delayed in shipping . Because eBay tracked shipping doesn't require arrival or delivery scans, if the envelope is too thick to be sorted by the automatic sorting machines, the tracking will not update in the system. It is our store policy not to ship anything larger than a 100pt top loader via eBay tracked shipping. Please be aware that eBay tracked shipping is limited in US territories, orders to those areas where the ETS is not available, are sent with traditional stamp without tracking. International Shipping Policy: $1.70(usd) per item, $1.70 is the exact cost of the stamp. Items are shipped inside plain white envelopes using one-ounce global forever stamps. ITEMS ARE NOT SENT WITH TRACKING.   1. Great value, great condition, the item was packaged securely, and it was on time... but the photo led me to believe that it was a non-holographic version with a flat blue background. If I had known this card was also holographic, I wouldn't have bought the same card from another seller. Also, I asked them if they did combined shipping and they didn't respond. Since I only got 1 out of 2 cards so far (i.e. they've been shipped separately), I guess that answers my question.
