These Sesame Street character Abby Cadabby party hot/cold cups, made by DesignWare (An American Greetings Company), are new in package. However, they do have small holes in the plastic wrapping. Please see pics as I have tried to capture them all. There is also a pic taken on the bottom of the stack of cups, with a magnifying glass, that shows: TM 2007 Sesame Workshop. Abby Cadabby, a 4-year-old Muppet fairy-in-training is featured on the cup flying equipped with fairy wings and wand. On the other side of the cup are 2 hearts with her printed name and a butterfly. The background of the cup is pink with yellow twinkling stars. Each of the 3 sets has 8 cups - 9 fl. oz. for a total of 24 cups. These are made in the USA. Thank you for your interest.
