Seller is very responsive & friendly. Product arrived very quickly, packed nicely for shipping - no damage. Sweatshirt is very nice, soft material, no holes or tears. Unfortunately it was a size smaller than described but seller was apologetic and refunded me immediately... accidents happen. Although it's a bit too tight to wear maybe it will give me some incentive to lose weight cause I really do love it lol Would definitely by from this seller again. 9 stars!
