The glasses were shipped out very quickly. I was concerned about how the wine glasses would be shipped since the seller did not have the original box. I was very very happy how they wrapped each individual glass in bubble wrap then wrapped each one putting them in popcorn. They came perfect! The glasses were as described and they did except the bid I offered making them a great value. I would definitely purchase from this seller in the future.
The platter arrived quickly and was packaged very well. It was beautiful, better than described. Unfortunately, by the look of the box, it had been beat up by the carrier despite all of the fragile/handle with care stickers. I contacted the seller to let them know the platter had been broken in transit. They handled the issue swiftly and professionally. I would absolutely buy from them again.
I am grateful that everything the seller said in notes back and forth and shipping, how it was shipped, packaging was incredible, and the photos, as described was exactly that way. It was a real value for me because the new enamelware I tried buying prior was not as good quality, and I had a specific size in mind, and these nesting pans are perfect.
