This Blackhawk Toolbox is a vintage and rare piece with a unique Bullet design. Made in the USA, it features a distinctive Red Zeppelin Art Deco style, reminiscent of a Nugget Torpedo. * Produced by Blackhawk Manufacturing Company in the mid-20th century. * It's an iconic example of Machine Age or Art Deco design. * Highly collectible, few come up for sale each year. Blackhawk Manufacturing Company Nugget tool box USA, c. 1950 enameled steel, aluminum 9 h × 23 w × 6½ d in (23 × 58 × 17 cm) Very rare hard to find vintage Blackhawk torpedo zeppelin toolbox. In overall good shape for its age. The actual body of the toolbox it inside or in great shape. It opens and closes well. The front to casters are missing which they typically are on these from what I have seen in the past. The former owner had welded a small caster on the front and place which I did my best picture, but it helps it sit up right for display which is nice. They also seem to have painted it with a heavy duty paint , which actually looks pretty good at, but I don’t believe is the original surface paint . Either way a great looking hard to find piece .
