Nice quality, good value for the money, communication could improve...when I asked a question I received a blanket response and never received an answer to my question or a tracking number, and slow to ship. No tracking number was provided, just a non-working link. I live in a remote area and travel alot so have to plan to be here for deliveries. Package sat in rain for 28 hours because I didn't have tracking. Wouldn't order from this company for this reason again whether I like product or not.

It confused me at first because it arrived in an Amazon box, made me wonder if I had ordered one from Ebay and one from Amazon and had just forgotten.
