The seller provided pictures and an item description which allowed me to assess the item's overall condition. Shipment was prompt and tracking info was provided. The shipping cost for this item was slightly higher than what I would have expected, but still reasonable. The item was received within the schedule set by the USPS. When I received the item it was well packaged and had not received any damage during shipment. I definitely would buy from this seller again.

Shipping was fast and fair, especially for a heavy item like this :) Item was as described. Pictures were very good :) Packaging was OK. Both of the spool pins were broken off the sewing machine. I understand these are fragile, but they could have been better protected. Oh, well, $12.00 gets me new ones. Overall, a good purchase, but disappointed item arrived with damage.
