A qualified local electrician can install the appropriate outlet to ensure safe and proper use. A customs form will be provided at the time of purchased and should be completed ahead of shipping to ensure no delays. Warranty: Your equipment is covered by our parts warranty international system. This requires an email report at the first instance of an issue. If you are unable to accurately identify the faulty part, we recommend engaging a local technician to diagnose the issue.
