I received the package quickly, but it was in bad condition. I don’t know what happened, but USPS had wrapped pkg in clear cellophane along with a note of apology. We opened the package and found that the Seller had carefully wrapped & packaged the item well. But something may have fallen onto the box while I. There were several large pieces of ceramic, along with many shards. It was a high-value item that now = LOSS for Seller & me. Seller quickly refunded me. A++++ This was not her fault.
This is an absolute A++++ seller! There was a minor mix up on my order, and she promptly and kindly responded to my email. She wouldn't let me return the wrong one - said keep it! She sent me the correct one plus an adorable keychain as a sorry gift. I was blown away by her kindness and generosity. A true asset to eBay:) Items arrived as described with adorable packaging. Thank you very much for everything:)
Unfortunately, USPS was not careful with the package despite the seller’s efforts to carefully wrap, pack, and send the product to me. I contacted the seller, and they graciously gave me a full refund. Honest, kind, and great customer service. Will definitely purchase from this seller again if the opportunity arises.
