As described, the nutcracker is used, in excellent condition & marked on the bottom with the maker's mark. He is a working nutcracker with a back lever but his front opening is hidden by his sweater. Excellent addition to my collection. Super eBay find & buy at a super price value. A+++
I received the chess set today, and I am very pleased. Although the box was a little worn as shown in the photos (now fixed!), the vintage pieces were as new! Furthermore the pieces were the heavier weighted ones (vs the single weighted), a definite bonus! The set was reasonably priced and shipped fast (also for quite reasonable cost).
