I considered putting my experience as negative but I like to give individuals the benefit of the doubt. One of my items arrived broken out of a four piece set. It was a glass set and I believe it could have been packaged with more care. Before leaving this review I sent the seller a message, I was not expecting any sort of action aside from a response acknowledging what had happened. I did not receive one. I would advise caution if ordering a glass item from this seller.
Item arrived on time, exactly as pictured/described, and was clean and nearly packaged.I would buy from this seller again!
