Excellent item, as described, great condition/quality and certainly value for money but Item not particularly well-packaged or protected (a persistent complaint with this seller) resulting in a refund for a damaged Bluray. Despite this experience I was pleased with the speed with which my complaint was handled and so happy to offer positive feedback as this is a seller I use regularly (usually w/o problem!) & otherwise a safe, speedy and secure delivery from a reliable seller with good comms.
The item came on time and in good condition. The packaging was great and the item came in tack. The price of the item was fair and the postage cost was fair as well. The communication with the seller was great and it would be a great seller to buy from. I would definitely buy from this seller again as the are fair enough with their prices and my only thing that could be better would be if they include import charges with the price as I had to pay extra before receiving the item in Ireland.
