Great find, hand made custom tool box with tray insert, lockable latch that is centered and works as it should, and what appears to be a Bakelite handle. See pics for dimensions. everything appears to function great. Other uses would be a safe, flower planter, mount sideways on a wall for a man cave shelf. Or even as it was designed, as a tool box!
